  • Booking arrangements: 

5000/-(five thousand digits) per person at the time of booking in the tour (note refundable/non-transferable) and the remaining amount must be paid in cash ten days before the departure of the tour.

  • Meal Arrangements:

 Morning- tea coffee breakfast, afternoon- Gujarati meal, evening- light meal- pure Gujarati vegetarian will be provided during the tour.

 The company will have its own catering (kitchen).

 Food arrangement will be buffet.

 During the journey, buses will be stopped and eaten at Dhaba, temple, pump, etc. on the way.

 Separate arrangements will be made for Swaminarayan and Tathajain travelers.

 Any kind of room service and extra service will not be available.

 Breakfast and lunch on the last day of the bus tour will be self-expense.


  • Accommodation arrangement:

Accommodation in a simple and good, non-starred, regular grade hotel with attached bath.

The family which has paid ₹ 3rd person ticket will have to accommodate their third person in their room.

Only one extra bedding (without bed) will be provided per room.

 Check-in, check-out will be done in the room as per the rules of the hotel.

 The traveler has to pay the damage done in the hotel himself in cash at the same place.

Hotel facilities are not same everywhere.

Accommodation will be arranged in two or three hotels both inside and outside the city together and separately.

Not everyone will get the same room.

 Soap, towel, shampoo, personal items must be used for bathing in the hotel.


  • Vehicle management:

 Under the management of the company, according to the number of tourists of own or other travels, the tour will be organized by hiring a bus of the same size.

 Buses will go once in the site scene to places of interest in major cities.

 Buses will not be re-taken in case any place is closed due to circumstances – public holiday or any other reason.

 Delhi is closed on Monday, Agra on Friday.

 The bus will be taken as far as it can go. From there the traveler will have to self-expense in a small vehicle.

 Buslai will not be taken in no entry.

 Passengers' luggage will remain in the bus. Boarding and alighting arrangements will be made by company men.

 Transportation to and from the bus to the room will be the responsibility of the travelers.

  • Rules for AC bus:

 There will be no refund or compensation if the AC bus has a mechanical breakdown during the journey and the AC cannot be repaired. Also there will be no change of another bus en route on the ongoing journey.

 One has to travel in non-AC bus in the same bus in which AC will stop.

 As the temperature is very hot in the summer heat, the sheets and glass of the bus become hot. In such cases, normal cooling will be maintained in the bus.

 Customers should note that do not expect excessive cooling in the AC bus and cooling will remain normal.

 Accomodation, food and facilities are same in AC and non-AC buses. Apart from only AC buses, no additional facilities are provided.

 AC will be switched off in the bus while traveling on hilly roads.

 Only the bus which has more booking will depart. Accordingly, the price difference will be negotiated. For example, if there is more booking in AC bus or if there is more booking in non-AC bus, the same bus will depart and the price difference will be negotiated accordingly.

  • Personal expenses:

Mineral water, premium medical expenses, entry fees to sightseeing places, boating, riding, hunting, house boat, swimming, ponies, dolly, horses, porters, labor, guide, room heater, air condition, octroi, custom duty, rickshaw, sumo etc. vehicle expenses, laundry, hot water, soap, shampoo, towels, telephone and mobile expenses are not included in the ticket.

  • Rules related to cancellation of travel bookings:

 In order to cancel the tour, the passenger has to submit the application in writing/mail/at the office where the booking has been made.

 Booking cancellations and changes will not be made over the phone.

 After receiving the application, the amount will be given as per the following conditions.

 1) Rupees 5000/-per seat (Non Refundable/Transferable).

 2) 50% of the total amount will be deducted five days before departure.

 3) 75% of the total amount will be paid three days before the departure of the tour, after which no refund will be given.

 No refund will be given to those who abandon or cancel the tour under any circumstances during the ongoing tour.

General information  Full authority to cancel, postpone or cancel the tour will be with the operator.

 Information about change of specific date and time regarding travel departure should be obtained two days in advance from each traveler in person/telephone during office hours.

 Alternative arrangements will be made during bus breakdown accidents.

 No compensation or refund will be given by the company in case of any kind of accident.

 Tourists have to travel at their own risk.

 In the event of robbery, vandalism, theft, accident, death or damage, the administrator and the tour manager have full right to cancel any tour, make necessary changes in the tour, change the arrangements in the event of non-availability of rooms in the hotel.

 Being a bus journey, there is a possibility of early-lateness and lateness of meals.

 If the journey stops due to any reason, efforts should be made to provide the journey by train, daily service and other means of transport 

Efforts will be made to provide the tour by service and another vehicle and if the day is increased, one day's rupees 1500/- per traveler will have to be paid to the tour manager.

 Voluntary departures and cancellations will not be refunded or compensated.

 Those who create obstacles in the tour management or those who behave provocatively or misbehave, do not arrive on time, bring prohibited items will be dropped on the way.

 Travel is a service business and the services of various organizations are taken advantage of. There is a possibility of inconvenience due to circumstances beyond our control.

 Every traveler has to maintain tolerance during the journey.

 Travelers suffering from diseases or suffering from mental disorders should not join the tour.

 Tourists have to be civil, disciplined and restrained with the staff member.

 Please report any kind of grievance to the Intimation Office during the ongoing tour.

 We shall not be responsible for travelers not having any financial or other transactions with any staff member during the tour.

 After the tourists have read and understood the detailed explanation of the rules and regulations face to face, if there is any kind of objection or misunderstanding regarding our rules, discomfort etc.

 After that, there will be no arguments of any kind.

 Travelers are bound to abide by our policies.
